Ordering and Delivery
How do I place an order?
Browse our available reports and click the Add to Cart button to begin the ordering process. Your Shopping Cart will securely hold your selected products until you are ready to proceed to checkout. You can access your Shopping Cart at any time via the cart icon in the header of our website (next to the Welcome message and your account name). Once you have finalized your selections, click the Complete Order button to proceed to payment.
What types of payment are accepted?
For online orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, UnionPay, and major debit cards (including Maestro and Solo where supported).
Arrangements for payment by bank transfer, wire, or invoice can be made by contacting our Customer Service team at support@strategyh.com.
How long does delivery take?
Digital products purchased with a credit/debit card for online delivery are typically available for download within 1 business day after your payment is successfully processed and any required verification is complete.
Note for first-time buyers:
For security purposes, new customers may be contacted within one business day to verify identity and order details prior to product release. Purchases made over a weekend or public holiday in Hong Kong will be verified on the next business day.

What information is collected about me?
When you register an account, subscribe to our newsletter, or place an order, we collect your name, email address, company name, job title, contact phone number, billing/shipping address, and—only during checkout—payment card details (processed securely via encrypted third-party gateways; we do not store full card numbers).
